Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your date and to confirm your event. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill.
Guarantees: Guaranteed guest counts are required 10 days prior to your event. A minimum count for number of guaranteed guests is required for all Friday & Saturday evening events at the time of reservation.
Menu Selections: A maximum of three entrees should be selected.
Minimums: These menus are offered for groups of 16 or more guests. If you have a party of less than 16 guests, we are more than happy to accommodate you and help you make any necessary changes. Arrangements must be made in advance and appropriate fees will be incurred.
Pricing: All prices are per person and are subject to a 20% service charge and New York State Sales Tax. All pricing is subject to change.
Menus: These menu suggestions are set up as a guide for your function. We have many possibilities available and are more than happy to accommodate your tastes and desires with a custom made menu.
Linens: Options of specialty linens or colors are available upon request. Arrangements must be made in advance and appropriate fees will be incurred.
Items Included: All menu item prices include fresh bread, butter, side salad of mixed greens (with house French vinaigrette, House Balsamic Dressing, Italian Dressing), starch, vegetable, & dessert: premium vanilla ice cream or crème brulee, coffee & tea.
Food & Beverage: No food or beverage may be brought into or taken out of our facilities. However, baked goods may be brought in or taken out if they are purchased from an Onondaga County Health Department approved bakery. Arrangements must be made in advance and appropriate fees will be incurred. Set-up and Cutting for cakes provided by guest( from an Onondaga County Licensed Facility) is $1.00 per person. Set-up cookies/pastries provided by guest (from an Onondaga County Licensed Facility) is $25.00 and up.
